I’ve never been a pudding person, but tonight I wanted to make my favorite four-year-old twins dessert, and my heart was set on using the yummy fresh strawberries I bought yesterday. I didn’t feel like baking, so I headed to the stove to take my best shot at rice pudding – and boy am I glad I did! Turns out I really like rice pudding! Oh, and I hope my son, his girlfriend and the twins enjoyed it too. If you’ve never made pudding before, try it – it’s easy!
