Hummus is one of those things that I crave often, make often, enjoy often and don’t write about often. Go figure.
As far as I’m concerned, hummus has got it all – it’s healthy, savory, satisfying, versatile and tangy.
I’ve been totally enjoying this simple hummus lately. One thing I especially love about it is that I can make a lot At one time because its still fresh-tasting even after being refrigerated several days. Also, it’s just so convenient to have a little container of this stuff around for a quick snack.
Serving Suggestions: Spread on a whole grain cracker topped with green onions or olives. Or use as a dip for your favorite raw veggies.
Hope your summer is going great and that you feel blessed.
Enjoy!
