  • About 2 cups fres
  • fresh watermelon cut in large chunks
  • 1 tablespoon soy milk or favorite milk or juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender jar and blend on high until desired consistency.
