Oven Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into 1-2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper course ground
  • 1 tsp parsley (for garnish) dried or fresh

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 450° F.
  • In large bowl, toss cauliflower with most of the olive oil (reserving 1 tbsp for drizzle), and the remaining ingredients (except the parsley).
  • Spread cauliflower out on baking sheet and drizzle with remaining Tbsp of olive oil.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, turn pieces over and then bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
